Diameter and Wall Thickness - Measurement and Control for CV lines

SIKORA offers three different systems for diameter respectively wall thickness measurement and control on steam, nitrogen and salt bath vulcanizing lines. They have proven their reliability in several hundred applications worldwide. Continuous measurement and control without the need to change sight glasses is guaranteed for month.

These excellent results are being achieved as a result of the SIKORA sight glass assembly, the "in the CV-tube" integrated IR lightsource and the SIKORA SIGHT GLASS CONTROL which ensures the maintained cleanliness of the sight glass. Prevention of contamination of the sight glass from by-products over months of operation is obtained by an automatically controlled sight glass heating and rinsing system which requires no adjustment by the operator.
