Energy
The manufacturing of medium, high and extra high voltage cable is virtually impossible without adequate measuring equipment. Nearly every CCV, VCV and MDCV line is equipped with a system for diameter measurement. Additionally, SIKORA offers wall thickness, concentricity resp. eccentricity and ovality measurement for CV lines with the X-RAY 8000, todays industry standard.

Automotive, Communication, Building Wires
The SIKORA LASER Series 2000 systems are perfectly applicable to diameter and ovality measurements at jacketing and insulating lines. With highest precision these remarkable gauges offer reliability and functionality in a compact form factor.

Optical Cables
For the measurement of optical fibers and cables, precision is as important as reliability. The LASER 2003 FIBER demonstrates the same features as the LASER Series 2000, but is specifically designed for the measurement of thinnest fibers and cables.

Tube & Hose
The perhaps most important parameter at the tube and hose production is the wall thickness of the extruded product, eventually reflecting in material consumption.With the ability to measure the wall thickness of up to three product layers, the X-RAY 2000 is a new generation measuring system with a return on investment of typically less than 6 months.
