Diameter and wall thickness measurement system for CV lines
From the early 1970s SIKORA has been a leading manufacturer of high quality measuring and control devices for diameter measurement in the CV-tube. The basis of this unexampled technology is the non-contact and ultra precise measurement of the cable diameter with the highest reliability – even under harsh conditions. Until today this pioneering innovation is the standard system for several CV-lines. More than 200 SIKORA CV-devices of the type MHD 4000-CV are being used successfully worldwide, in steam and nitrogen lines.
With the newly developed CV-INTUBE 6000 SIKORA presents a future oriented measurement device, perfectly suited to the specific conditions at CV-lines. The emphasis is technological innovation and segment leadership. The now classic device not only has a new name, but also an extended power range when compared to the previous model MHD 4000-CV. CV-INTUBE 6000 systems can accommodate any product diameters up to 140 mm.
