ECOCONTROL 2000
A touch screen combined with an active 15" color monitor ensures ease of use and intuitive handling. All inputs like setting of nominal values and tolerances are directly made on the touch screen - the result is optimum operator comfort, confidence and acceptance.

The graphical display of all connected devices offers an optimum overview for operation of the line. Beneath a clear visualization of measurement values and eccentricity for manual adjustment of the extruder, the ECOCONTROL 2000 enables automatic control of extruder output or line speed, for a most precise wall thickness with constant quality, reduced material consumption, less scrap, and an overall increased productivity.

Even more beneficial is the automatic shrinkage calculation using the hot/cold control module HC 2000.

ECOCONTROL 1000
This system offers the display of measured values, controlling and protocol printing, operating on the same basis as ECOCONTROL 2000, but with a smaller feature set. It is specifically designed for applications where FFT analysis and SRL prediction are not required.

The ECOCONTROL 1000 is not applicable in combination with the X-RAY 2000, where the major processing power of the ECOCONTROL 2000 is needed.

ECOCONTROL 600
The ECOCONTROL 600 is a powerpack in a small housing, based on flash technology and equipped with all the necessary  functions for a small setup with a single gauge. The ECOCONTROL 600 offers the same usability as the bigger systems, with a brilliant 8,4" TFT monitor and the same logical touchscreen operation SIKORA is known for.
