The dual-axis LUMP 2000 XY is suitable for products with a diameter from 0.5 to 10 mm/ 0.5 to 25 mm and is reliable, even under the worst environmental conditions of dirt and/ or when the product is vibrating. This is assured by the combination of a double sensor system (differential measuring technology) and the use of a laser light source.

The triple-axis LUMP 2000 T is suitable for products with a diameter from 0.25 to 10mm/ 0.5 to 35 mm. In addition to the double sensor precision, the LUMP 2000 T is designed for smallest, punctual irregularities in the product surface.

Highest precision, reliability and extensive functionality are the outstanding features of the LUMP 2000 series, which are moreover easy to integrate in every type of production line. Among the usual functions, a powerful micro-controller provides the height/ depth and the length of the fault.

The practical design of the gauges which are open at the bottom, ensure highest cleanliness as no dirt or water can fall into the measuring field. Additionally, this design also permits to swivel the head upwards outside the production area when needed.
