The CENTRIX 8025 XY is a highlight among the diameter measuring devices. The high-tech measuring system has been developed not only for reliably measuring the diameter of marketable types of hoses and tubes, but it is also the first diameter gauge head which measures the eccentricity of transparent products with incomparable precision. The most modern LED-diodes combined with high-resolution CMOS sensor-lines open the way for pioneering measuring device technology of extra class. With the help of a powerful software the shadow width of the measuring object is defined and the outer diameter precisely calculated.

Unique is the measurement of transparent products where the eccentricity is also determined. For this application area as well the CENTRIX 8025 XY guarantees optimum reliability. The measuring head is very small by means of applying the most modern SMD-technology and it can be easily integrated into every extrusion line. In addition, the CENTRIX 8025 XY is open at the bottom side, so that neither contamination nor water can fall into the measuring head. As there are no wearing parts included CENTRIX 8025 XY ensures a unique freedom from maintenance.
