The CSS 2 disposes of an own control panel with colour monitor. From the immediate start-up of the extruder the CSS 2 displays the material flow at the colour monitor in the form of a life picture. In addition, a simultaneously shown trend curve provides information about the amount of contaminants. With this knowledge of the material purity, the operators now have further relevant information for the decision to switch from start-up to production.
