The progressive technology of the X-RAY 8000 NXT substantiates SIKORA’s claim "Technology to Perfection". This unique technical approach delivers reliable online process optimization, resultant material savings and a permanent quality control at the production of MV, HV and EHV cables from 10 kV to 1 GV.

With this version of the X-RAY 8000 NXT, multi sensor detectors are used as receivers for the X-ray signal. The SIKORA Multi Sensor Technology (optional), in combination with the high speed scanners, assures reliable and precise measurements of medium, high and extra high voltage cables, even if the cable should vibrate or bounce.

The SIKORA Multi Sensor Technology (MST) provides four measuring values with each scan cycle of the two scanners. This is a guarantee for optimum precision measurements.
