For production lines without any line control computer SIKORA recommends the use of devices of the LASER Series 2000 gauge head in combination with the processor controlled display/ control devices REMOTE 2000 or ECOCONTROL 1000 / ECOCONTROL 2000.

REMOTE 2000 is a powerful universal processor based system suitable for panel mounting or for installation on the gauge head support. It provides a selectable display of either the average diameter X, Y, Z or the ovality and allows the setting of tolerances for all of the values.

ECOCONTROL 1000 and ECOCONTROL 2000 offer a full compliment of production and quality control information. The systems present in a user friendly manner all numerical and graphical information on the 15“ TFT touch screen display. A comprehensive feature set of trending and statistical analysis as well as data collection and reporting rounds out the system capabilities. Besides, ECOCONTROL 2000 enables an optimum control of production either by an automatic regulation of the line speed or of the extruder rpm.
